Immediately on completion of the assessment, results are supplied as both a spider plot and a bar chart (both shown below), graphically indicating strengths and skills gaps. These results are confidential to the candidate and you can decide whether to share them or not. There are four levels of attainment (from centre to outside of the spider plot, left to right on the bar chart): Awareness Basic Application Proficient Application Skilled Application When you start in the industry you may only have an awareness level of skill but as you get experience your skill attainment level should increase. Depending on your role do not expect to get to skilled application in all key categories although your general skill levels should rise in most.

The output illustrated above do not replace your CV but complement it. You can import them into your CV to give an objective overview of your skillsets. A digital badge generated post-assessment can be downloaded for use on social media.
